Gina has been living her worst months of her life, her husband has banished with no clues to know if he's dead or a life... When she receives a mysterious phone call from an expensive hotel she will see it like the sign she was waiting to know some answers... or it would be the end of her life as she knows it?

"'... Guilt has a habit of chasing after us, and I understand totally why you feel this way. When bad things happen, it's human nature to find a cause, logical or not. And when you can't find one, your mind can turn inwards, blaming yourself to hep make sense of the situation. It's actually quite clever, though wholly unhelpful in the long term.'"

Reading this book was a curious experience, every answer you get there's a new question to ask. You don't know the real truth till the end.
Gina's story will be narrated between the past and present, in between there would be all the lies all the characters will tell to make it more difficult for her to discover the real truth.
This is a very well written thriller, the author gives you some clues to guess what's really happening behind all the lies and discover at the end if your guess was true. There are some surprising twists and a very scary ending, to say the truth it was very shocking for me!
This is a book not to miss for a psychological thriller lover, you will read it with just one day and instead of food you will eat the chapters!
Do you really know your family?
